The Christiana Foundation Inc. would like to cordially invite you to participate in their 2023 Fall Festival at Dream Park. We welcome all arts & crafts exhibitors, fine arts, specialty foods & beverages and family fun. The proceeds from this annual event will benefit Night to Shine; an annual event for individuals with special needs hosted by Crossbridge Community Church. Thank you for your support!
Exhibitor Fee
Exhibitors are 100% responsible for their booth set up including any tables, chairs, sides or backdrops. Our exhibitor fee will be $150 and it includes a 10'x10' indoor space for Sat & Sun. It also includes the Saturday appreciation gathering with food and live entertainment. In addition, all exhibitors are listed on our SHOP NOW! page with a link to their online sales platform. The Christiana Foundation will spotlight your business on social media year round. This is an indoor event in a secured building. Outdoor space is available upon request. Exhibitors assume responsibility for their possessions and safety during the show as well as removal of any trash in their space. Please be courteous to the other exhibitors. Christiana Foundation Inc. or Dream Park will not be held responsible for damage, theft or personal injury.
Exhibitor Types
The exhibitor portion of Fall Fest is a non-juried presentation of handcrafted items. Handcrafted alterations to commercial items may apply as well. Pictures of exhibitor items must be submitted in advance by mail or submission below. Packaged specialty food & beverage items are welcomed as well.
Food Vendors
Since the venue offers concessions, we will accept (5) food truck/vendors. Trucks will be outside however tables and product can be set up inside if desired.
Set Up
Set up will be Thurs 12pm-5pm, Fri 9am-5pm & Sat 8am-10am After you sign in, you will be directed to the most convenient door to unload your vehicle. Once set up, please REMOVE your vehicle from the loading area. All exhibitors will be directed where to park.
Marketing
The show will be advertised on social media, local schools, churches, senior centers. Press releases will be sent out to various media outlets. In addition, 6 musicians will be promoting their live performance to their audience.

RV
There are RV hookups on site but must be reserved and paid for in advance $60 daily
